I began my professional career at the age of 13 when I assisted my father in operating “Ritzy Americano”, a nightclub in London, England, which entertained 500 to 1,000 people a night.  Also by that age, I traveled between London and Los Angeles 6 times per year.

After 2 years of assisting my father to operate the “Ritzy Americano” nightclub, I was forced to move to Los Angeles, CA at the age of 15 to care for my mother who had been diagnosed with cancer.  Due to low funds at that time, I was forced to submit my resume at various locations and was promptly hired as a Telemarketer at Countrywide Home Loans.  During my tenure at Countrywide, I was trained by David Lohmeyer, the top 2 Loan Originator in the U.S.  Soon after, at the age of 17, I received an opportunity to become a Senior Loan Officer for Prime Directive Funding. That year, while managing a group of 16 Junior Loan Officers and Realtors, we funded 158 million dollars worth of home mortgage loans.

Before I knew it, I received an offer from International Mortgage Solutions to be the Branch Manager of their Woodland Hills, CA office.  At I.M.S. I had the privilege to have worked under Anthony Hawarth who was the top 10 of Loan Originator in the U.S.  I managed a team of 22 Sr. Loan Officers, Realtors, and Underwriters. That year alone, I was part of $528 million worth of home mortgage loans funded.

Soon after, I opened up my own brokerage firm, KB Investment.  I received awards from the Mayor’s assistant for putting myself among the top Loan Originators in the City of Los Angeles.  I managed a team of 18 Realtors and Loan Officers.  I taught how to communicate effectively with borrowers and close deals with the QBS model of selling, which incorporates the “66% listening, 33% speaking” approach. That year, we funded 136 mortgage loans including, but not limited to refinances, purchases, short-sales and commercial loans.

My next venture was as the Owner of “Kabob Bazaar”, serving Mediterranean cuisine.  I applied the business principles I learned from my father to run a successful business which are Location, Food, Customer Service, and Marketing.  On my opening night, I sold over 500 plates and made over $5000.  In total, I grossed over $150,000 until the restaurant was sold.

I am still heavily involved in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry with Prime Directive Funding.

After having lived in two countries, Iran & Germany, I worked at one of the largest photo laboratories in Cologne, Germany at the age of 15. There, I was trained in Pentax software, laboratory chemicals, communications, money management, and customer service.

By the age of 18, I moved to Los Angeles, CA.  I began to work in the mortgage banking industry, generating new leads, processing new applications for homeowners, running credit reports, and customizing loan options for homeowners.

Soon after, I quickly became became a Senior Loan Advisor and Financial Planner for Unique Mortgage.  During that time, I was very fortunate to be trained by David Lohmeyer, one of the best in the business.

After a very short time, I became Branch Manager at International Mortgage Solutions, the third largest brokerage firm in the nation. My partner, Kasra, and I had 25-30 Loan Officers working under us.   Durint this period, I also had the privilege of working with Dan Michaels, at United Vision Financial, who helped me double my money in a very short period of time.

One year later, I opened and operated my own Import/Export business of electronics and beauty products. I sold the business for a profit to return to my true passion, the Mortgage Real Estate industry where I am currently involved with Prime Directive Funding.

My career began shortly after college with Franklin Templeton Funds as an Assistant Supervisor.  After completing multiple management training programs, I managed 15-20 employees in Customer Services & Operations, recruited and trained employees, prepared semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews, and resolved, documented and worked with Human Resources on personnel issues.

In 1999, I moved to McAfee as an Associate Project Manager.  I managed security antivirus assessments and implementations for corporations in the U.S., Europe, & South America. Further, I established/maintained relationships with contractors and third party vendors, assessed customer needs for consulting services, negotiated contracts, and supported Sales Representatives to cross sell consulting services. In 5 years there, I progressively drove up sales each quarter to where in the final quarter; I generated $500,000 worth of revenue.

In July 2003, I moved on to Wachovia Mortgage Federal Savings Bank, where I worked the last 5 years as an Account Executive.  Early on, I completed Wachovia’s Leadership Management Training program.  I created and facilitated presentations to the Mortgage Banking & Real Estate community, promoted business to business mortgage sales to over 80 brokers throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and surrounding counties.  Furthermore, I managed the pipeline of loans submitted to Wachovia by various licensed Real Estate Brokers, prospected on existing Real Estate Brokers to penetrate the Real Estate business in order to increase sales.  I was also responsible to train mortgage professionals on Portfolios, Conventional loan products and automated systems.  In addition, I marketed Wachovia Conventional, Portfolio, ALT-A and Government loan products on a weekly basis to the Real Estate community.  I am able to drive 3-10 million dollars in funding on a monthly basis. 

Currently, I represent Innovative Investments LLC as an Independent Marketing Manager.

John brings twenty nine years combined experience in the financial arena. He is a seasoned professional who has helped many corporations and individuals by providing a wide variety of financial consultation and accounting management direction.

After an honorable discharge from the military service, he was hired by a fortune 200 company and placed on the National Transition Team which was dispatched to different locations throughout the country when the corporation was in the process of acquiring a new company or spinning off an existing entity. There he helped advise his team members of results from accounting investigations for asset allocation and departmental profitability. This was a very busy team in the eighties.

Since then, John Brankline has participated with individuals on a personal level to begin a start-up company or advance an existing company with horizontal integration and limited vertical integration while always complying with the Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and Procedures for professionals. John annually keeps up with the changing tax code provided by the Internal Revenue Service.

He serves on the Board of Directors for several companies and has functioned as C.F.O. of several other companies. Most recently, he is advising clients with financial organization tools to protect assets and minimize tax liabilities.

He has an infrastructure ready to implement financial strategies necessary to protect his clients from lawsuits and liens as well as establishing individual and corporate pension plans and trusts.

Investors are happy to participate in funding companies with John Brankline providing the financial protection for companies to succeed and repay their investors handsomely.

I have a B.S. degree in Computer Science and have used this knowledge in a career devoted to computer graphics and art, in conjunction with software development and consulting.

In the early to mid 1980’s I was Manager of Information Systems for the largest MIS department in Muskogee County, OK. During this time period, I also worked in the capacity of Consultant with IBM to integrate computer systems in physician’s offices with the main-frame computer system in the hospital.

For the past few years I have been exposed to the logistics of the entertainment industry in the capacity of working in the pre-production phase of 2 major Hollywood film productions and raising expansion capital for a Grammy award winning recording studio in Oakland, CA. Until a few months ago, I co-partnered with a 30-year veteran film producer. The business operated as a financial assistance broker that specializes in raising capital for various genres of business entrepreneurs.

In addition to the above, I was co-partner in an internet based business venture which aids aspiring and veteran authors in getting their literary endeavors published. This involved working with a 25 year industry veteran responsible for representing 3% of successful nonfiction writers who has since opened a motion picture office in Beverly Hills, California.

I am now currently seeking distribution sources for studio recordings of various artists, along with the planning and development of this business venture.

From a very early age, I knew I had a natural ability to own & operate my own businesses. I have a natural talent for many aspects of running a business including, first and foremost, the ability to deal with people and assess their needs very quickly.

Currently, I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Nutritional Consultant. I’ve been practicing Hypnotherapy since 2002, working with clients on various issues, such as weight control, smoking, stress, anxiety, bad habits, fears, phobias, memory, self-esteem, self-confidence, health, relationships, spirituality, and sports enhancement.   I’ve been practicing Nutritional Consulting since 1997, working with clients, helping them to overcome several various health challenges, as well as advising them on proper foods and supplements to take for optimum health. I’ve been helping people with Alternative Medicine, in one facet or another, for 11 years and have been studying Alternative Medicine for 21 years.

I also currently own & operate a business consulting company, where clients come to me who want to know how to create their own business or expand their current one.

I’ve been doing this for the past 5 years.
